Dear Lynn,

Thank you so much for all of your hard work in handling the sale of our townhouse! We thought you did a great job through some complicated negotiations in today's buyers' market. You were always upbeat, dependable and responsive, which made us comfortable in relying on your expertise in pricing, inspection, appraisal, mortgage and home warranty issues. You were very knowledgeable about the local market, which we appreciated very much. We will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the area.

We look forward to showing you around our new house soon!

Thanks again!

Dear Mr Bendall:

Via this letter, we would like to acknowledge the tremendous effort put forth by your Lynn Fallat in the sale of our house at 8 Oak Hill Rd., Neshanic Station, NJ. We contracted with Lynn in July of 2006 - a time when the real estate market was deteriorating. Throughout the rest of 2006 and until we finally sold the house in August 2007, the market got worse.

Despite this difficult market and some unpleastant issues with a potential buyer, Lynn stayed with us and put forth a terrific effort, finally resulting in the sale of our house in August 2007.

This was a very difficult period for all involved, but it would have been much worse if we did not have Lynn on our team. See exceeded our expectations. We are very appreciative of all she did on our behalf.

Very truly yours,

Bill & Diane Howard

We wanted to thank you for all your hard work. We are so very happy at 303 Dogwood. Thanks for putting up with us! We really appreciate all your help. We think you went above and beyond. You are excellent at your job, you can tell that you love what you do! Sorry this is so late. You know how much cleaning and painting we had to do. Please stop by if you are showing any houses nearby. You'll be amazed on what we got done already. But as they say, "there is always something." Thank you again for everything!

Dear Mr. Bendall,

I just wanted to take some time and write to you about our experience in selling our home with one of your agents- Lynn Fallat.
As you already know, our experience with our prior agent was a very negative one. I went with a friend who is new to real-estate. Out of my ultimate sweetness, I basically handed the listing to him on a silver platter. However, after 2 months with our listing still sitting there and no bites whatsoever, we were getting stressed with our new home being built in the wings. Our townhouse wasn't selling, and we felt we needed someone with more expertise in selling homes. Our mistake was going with not only a friend, but someone very inexperienced in this field.
I remembered Lynn called me the 1st week my home was on the market back in early September to show it, and she was very nice on the phone and then I saw her on a local Mom website. I felt that was sort of a sign telling me "this should've been your agent." My husband called her and told her our situation and she came over to calm us down at 10 pm at night till midnight! What agent does that?! Our current agent at the time gave us a very hard time getting an unconditional release- as you know. Once that was all negotiated and done with, it was clear sailing with Lynn.
She did everything in her power to sell our home. She and her team was our driving force. Our home was finally advertised the way it should've been. And she was in constant contact with us almost on a daily basis- even if it was to just say hello (before we couldn't get our agent to return our calls or even keep us abreast on things). She became our friend, she was heartfelt and sincere, outgoing, understanding, and helpful on many levels. Even to the extent of going to my home for different inspections for me because I moved to PA and could not make it. I appreciated that so much. It made my life with 2 kids a lot easier.
Her advice to us in selling our home was wonderful. We finally had someone who sincerely wanted to sell our home and do everything she possibly can to make that happen. And she steered us in the right direction in pricing our home and the presentation of our home. All her little tips and hints should be publicized in a book called "Lynn's hints and tips in selling your home." We could not ask for a more wonderful agent. Lynn was our savior out of the mess we were in. In all stages of the process with Lynn (listing, selling, negotiating, closing) there was no stress at all. Everything went so smoothly. And she sold our home in 2 weeks! Now that's results!! We are extremely happy with the service we got from Lynn and her team. Very professional in every way. We feel so lucky to have had the privilege of having Lynn as our agent. Also, we were happy she even took this listing to begin with. She walked into a listing with a lot of stress of us trying to break the contract with the other agent and then accepting the other agent's "referral" contract for him to get 25% of her seller's agent's commission. She got so emotionally involved and felt so much for us, that she accepted the listing with all the strings attached with taking less commission. She treated this listing as if that baggage wasn't there and gave it her all. I know I am probably rambling and sound redundant. I just cannot express to you enough how we feel about Lynn and everything she did for us. We highly respect her, her team, and your agency. I will always highly recommend her- being we had a wonderful positive experience. I hope you know how much of an asset Lynn is to your agency. She is a phenomenal agent and a wonderful person. We are just glad to have had an agent like her representing us.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Best wishes always!
Sincerely,

This past January, my wife, Pat, and I decided to sell our home in Whitehouse Station. Our plans were to sell it on our own. I found one of Lynn Fallat's postcards in my mail. So I called her to get a selling price for our house. She came in looked around, took several pictures. She came back with a proposal ... I was so impressed with her proposal and enthusiasm that almost signed up right then. No, I had to try selling on my own. After two weeks dealing with rude prospective buyers and sales people, I gave up. We call called Lynn for an appointment. Lynn came over, we explained to her that we have a second home in Cape May Court House, NJ and were in no real hurry to move. So Lynn in her own professional way, did the marketing research, consulted with colleagues and came up with a price higher that I was asking. I thought she was crazy to list it so high, but I trusted her judgment. Because Lynn's knowledge of the real-estate business and the housing market, our home was sold two weeks later for more than asking price. Lynn was always available when we have questions and she kept us informed about the progress of the sale. After we moved out and before closing, we gave the new owners the keys to the house. That was our mistake. They took advantage and started moving in. We called Lynn, asked what can be done and she went over to straighten things out.

What I am trying to say is that Lynn is a great asset to your office. I have and would recommend her services to anyone who is in the real-estate market. Through the time the house was on the market, we dealt with many agents. Lynn was the most knowledgeable and professional of them all. Her bubbly personality made you feel at ease. People even liked the chocolate lollipops she left out for the customers.

We are currently living in Cape May Court House in southern Jersey near the shore and loving it.

Sincerely;

Lynn,

I just got my E-mail up and running a couple of weeks ago. It is still hit and miss here....no high speed internet access!! The connection gets dropped sporatically.

I just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for all your assistance in getting my house sold and the activities associated with the closing. I really appreciated your assistance. Also, thank you so much for the delicious cookies. It was a very nice gesture and much appreciated.

I am still getting settled...there is still soo much to do---so many boxes to unpack and find a home for in my new place. I am actively looking for employment here...as of yet I have not found the right job. I know I will in time.

Thanks again for your professionism and guidance during the sale of my New Jersey home and move to Missouri. The best to you in 2004!

Hi Lynn,
Firstly, please accept my apology for not letting you know 'til now, but we just found out this eve that our friend found something in Princeton. The appeal for her was ( and I wish I knew this beforehand ) for the possibility to buy a new construction in the near future and Readington was not promising for this!! Anyway, Trupti & I thought this was a great deal, and wanted to let you know we really appreciated the genuine "human care" you showed us. I think you'll do great with that personality and will definitely keep you in mind for real estate referrals. Again, thanks
